You are invited to join us in Las Vegas on October 17th, 2015 for a book signing at the Vegas Valley Book Festival, where we will showcase you and your award winning book. Join us in the Literary Classics Tent where you may sell and sign your Literary Classics award winning books. If you are not able to attend, but would like to be represented at the festival, you may send copies of your award winning books as well as bookmarks which we will display on your behalf.
You may send up to two copies of your Literary Classics Award winning book and up to 250 professionally designed and printed, standard size bookmarks (maximum size: 2.5"x8.5"). PLEASE NOTE: If you send any materials which do not meet these guidelines, they will not be displayed, nor will they be returned. We will not display postcards, sell sheets, fliers or other promotional materials. There is no fee for us to showcase your books and/or bookmarks.
There is a $105 non-refundable fee for author's to attend the Book Signing , Awards Presentation and Author's Reception (authors are responsible for all personal expenses including travel, meals and lodging). Fee for guests attending the author's reception is $45.
Hotel rooms are available at a discounted rate when booked by September 15, 2015.
Of the following two choices, The Golden Nugget is closest to the festival events and is the nicer of the two discounted hotel options. Both hotels are within walking distance of the festival. VIEW FESTIVAL MAP

Authors are responsible for collecting money for their own books and are responsible for Nevada sales tax. (The City will bring the appropriate forms to the event for you to fill out.) Authors' space is available on a first come first served basis.
Authors may have (ONLY) one person with them in booth to help collect payment for books. No-one under 18 years of age will be allowed in the booth.
Electricity will NOT be available in the Literary Classics Tent. Please plan accordingly.
Time allotments will be divided into morning and afternoon shifts. After July 1, 2015 we will offer any remaining time slots to authors who have registered prior to the deadline. Time preference and any additional shifts will be provided on a first-come first-served basis.
Help us maintain a professional appearance. Please no food or beverages in the booth (you may have bottled water, but please keep it tucked under the table when not in use).
If not attending the fair, you may send up to two copies of your Literary Classics Award Winning Book. Books will not be returned. We will give away all books sent in by authors not attending the festival in a drawing for festival attendees once the book fair has ended.
You may send up to 250 bookmarks. Any remaining bookmarks will not be returned.
We will only display bookmarks representing CLC Award Winning Books.
We will only display bookmarks when accompanied by the same Literary Classics award winning book.
**Please no marketing materials other than standard sized professionally designed and printed bookmarks.
